Welsh Cake Mix- Current, Blueberry, or Chocolate Chip

They say that the best way to eat a Welsh Cake is HOT of the griddle!

Now you can make your own Welsh cakes easily at home and try them hot off the griddle. This mix comes with all of the dry ingredients including our special Spice blend from the Boston Spice Company.

To make you own delicious Welsh Cakes all you will need to add is Butter, an egg and 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Once mixed you can cut them into whatever shapes you desire and griddle them up to eat! We highly recommend that you use a good quality butter as it will produce the best flavor and results. The butter is what gives the Welsh Cakes the soft flakey inside texture.

Each mix makes approximately 15 Welsh Cakes. Just select which variety you wish to make.
